What data we process
Only what you enter yourself in the contact form: your name, email address and message. The form opens your own email app, we don’t have a database that stores submissions. Your message simply arrives as a regular email in our inbox.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your message. The legal basis is the performance of a (prospective) contract, or our legitimate interest in being able to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your message, and after that for as long as is customary for email correspondence. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
Sharing with third parties
We don’t sell or share your data with third parties. No ad networks, no data trading.
Cookies and trackers
flonam.nl doesn’t use cookies, analytics, or tracking. We also serve our fonts from our own server instead of an external provider, so nothing is sent to third parties unnoticed.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. Email info@flonam.nl and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Not satisfied with our response? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this statement. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
