How we work
We start with the job, not the feature list. What’s costing time right now, which step can go, what needs to stay? Then we build the smallest thing that finishes that job, put it live, and improve it with the people who use it.
Accessibility is in from the first line of code. Not because it’s required, but because a product you can’t use with a keyboard or a screen reader simply isn’t finished.
The team
Behind Flonam is a team of around ten people: from development and WCAG audits to sales and marketing, led by founders Julia and Phi. That size keeps us agile and gives us enough knowledge and capacity to pick up projects quickly.
